My name is Vasos Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor.

I am a qualified UK Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor with over 25 years of professional experience. I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship challenges, family conflicts, and LGBT-related issues.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental spaceeither in person or onlinewhere you can explore difficult thoughts and emotions, feel understood, and gain clarity. My approach empowers you to make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life in the here and now.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhere to their ethical guidelines, receive regular supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development. I also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Fees

Fees & Supervision.

Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy: £40 per hour/session.

Reduced rates are available for clients on low income and for counselling/psychotherapy/psychology students.

Clinical Supervision: I offer individual and group supervision for therapists and students.

Group Supervision: Fees available on application.

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am 5:00pm
Friday and Saturday: 10:00am 3:00pm
